CANCELLATION POLICY
At Massage Destination we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, hurricanes and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, who are paid for the services they perform and not on an hourly basis, we have adopted the following policies for Cancellations and No Shows:

In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services.

If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours advance notice, you will be charged the following fees :

$30 for a 30 Min Service

$45 for a 60 Min Service

$50 for a 90 Min Service

$60 for a 60 Min. Couples Massage

$70 for a 90 Min. Couples Massage.

At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the card on file or a gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.

On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.

No Shows
​
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the following for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.

$70 for a 90 Min. Couples Massage.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.

Late Arrivals
​
If you arrive late for your appointment, you risk having your time shortened to accommodate all scheduled clients. When you arrive, the Massage Services Provider will ascertain whether a late start is possible. A late start may not be possible if you have arrived too late or if the Massage Services Provider finds any reason to cancel the appointment. Regardless of the outcome or time, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Therefore, please do not arrive late.
